Dr. Jean-Luc Mommaerts is medical doctor and master in cognitive science (science of the mind). He has written 5 books and 21 'mini-books' about mind-body healthcare, wellness, addictions and self-hypnosis. He also writes scientific articles about these domains. The Aurelis-method which is developed by him, is successful in different countries in Europe as well as in the US.
